Frequently Asked Questions

What are your Rates?

Currently we accept cash rate, insurance, and do some probono work.

Insurance Rates

We are contracted with a number of Insurance companies & while they will be billed the below rates, what you pay will depend upon your deductible, copay, or coinsurance rate that you agreed with your insurance company on, when you signed up for insurance. Often this is the same as the amount you pay at the doctor's office when you see your primary care. While we can look into getting an idea of what that might be, it is your responsibility to know & verify that & to keep us updated of any change

ProBono Rates

What are your barriers to care?

Due to ethical obligations, all psychotherapy centers, should have barriers to care if they are operating within their scope of practice. Due to those same Ethical Guidelines, those barriers should be made readily available, so prospective clients can make an informed decision when choosing counseling. We have the following barriers to care:

Barriers for People who Perpetrated Sex Abuse

As we see victims, we don't see people who have raped, molested, or fantasized about hurting others. In general, it is highly unadvised to seek a mental health practitioner that see's victims, if you are a perpetrator. Some perpetrators will do it to come across a supply of victims. We are largely virtual so this is not an ethical issue for us. What is an issue, is that almost all providers are not ethically capable of seeing perpetrators and victims at the same time. It is highly prohibited.
